SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:

  • When your items have been shipped you will receive confirmation that your delivery is in transit.
  • Someone over 18 years with a valid photo ID must be available to sign for your order.
  • Delivery personnel only deliver alcohol to the adult in the written instructions received and verify the recipient’s age.

Delivery of alcohol to restricted areas

Some areas in Australia are considered ‘dry zones’. A dry zone is an area where the consumption of alcohol is restricted or prohibited.

We do not ship to the following postcodes:

  • Queensland: 4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4874, 4876, 4891, 4892, 4895
  • Western Australia: 6430, 6431, 6435, 6436, 6437, 6438, 6440, 6635, 6638, 6639, 6640, 6641, 6642, 6710, 6713, 6716, 6751, 6754, 6798, 6799, 6765, 6718, 6723, 6725, 6726, 6728, 6731, 6733, 6740, 6743, 6753, 6761, 6765, 6770
  • South Australia: 5723, 5724, 5734, 5680, 5690
  • Northern Territory: No delivery to the Northern Territory
  • New South Wales: 2898, 2899

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:

  • You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping, and safe and protective packaging to avoid breakage in transit. If the item is not received, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We strongly recommend you insure high-value items that you return for change of mind and opt for additional tracking with signature upon delivery.
  • You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or credit only when the returned product is received, unbroken and in a condition for resale.
  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
  • We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
